New exhibition: Grafica Liberty

The Museo di Arte Povera in cooperation with the municipality of Sogliano organizes an exhibition titled "Grafica Liberty: Per una nuova regia dell’Art Nouveau - Liberty Graphics: For a new direction of Art Nouveau". The exhibition will open on June 23 and will be on view until July 14, 2014 in the town of Cervia, Central Italy. The exhibition was planned and realized by Andrea Speziali.

Visitors can admire graphic artworks from the turn of the 19th/ 20th century from world-renowned artists, such as Alfons Mucha, Plinio Nomellini, Giuseppe Palanti, Leopoldo Melticovitz, Adolfo Hohenstein, Tito Corbella and Raphael Kirchner. The selected posters, illustrations and prints on display are from the Museo di Arte Povera Sogliano and private collectors.
