Exhibition „Atelier” at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow
The Wojciech Weiss Museum Foundation and the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow prepared an exhibition titled "Atelier". The exhibition shows the Academy’s daily life and authentic items associated with the painting workshops that were in the studios at the turn of the 19th century. In addition to artworks by Weiss, the WWMF presents memorabilia from other artists of the period of art nouveau. Most of the items are shown for the first time to the public. They are an important resource/collection, presenting the history of the most important Polish art school.
The exhibition will run until October 2013.
