National Museum Warsaw and Partage Plus project awarded with the Sybilla 2015 prize

The National Museum Warsaw (MNW) received the Polish Sybilla 2015 award in the category "Best Digitisation Project" for the participation in the Partage Plus project. The international project kicked off in March 2012 with the aim of digitizing and 3D scanning more than 79.000 art works from the Art Nouveau period. All items were made available via the Euopeana platform and can be accessed under the following link. The Partage Plus team, composed of 25 partner institutions from all over Europe, feels immensely honoured by this award and thanks the organizers of Sybilla 2015 for this mention.

Photo Contest: Italian Liberty - Voting

You are kindly invited to submit your vote for your favorite picture taken in the course of the Italian Liberty Photo Contest! The voting period begins on November 20 and will end on December 8.
You simply have to join the Flickr group "Concorso Fotografico Italian Liberty" and you can then browse some spectacular photos of Italian Art Nouveau architecture, furniture, paintings and various other artworks. You can vote for a picture on a scale from 1 to 10 based on the following criteria:

artistic quality,
originality of the subject,
relevance to the topic assigned.

Winners will be awarded on December 14 at 5pm in the Tonino Guerra hall of the Grand Hotel Rimini, Parco Fellini 1.

The photo contest is part of the project ‘‘Italia Liberty’’ conceived and directed by Andrea Speziali.
The contest is sponsored by the portal of the Cultura Italia (Ministry of Heritage and Culture), by the European project Partage Plus and ENIT National Tourism Agency.
