Registration has opened for the 15th Art history seminar “Art nouveau revisited: trends and peculiarities”, organized by the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA, Brussels) on 13 and 14 February 2014 in the framework of the European project Partage Plus.

In cooperation with the non-profit organization GoTellGo the ICCU (Central Institute for the Union Catalogue of Italian Libraries and Bibliographic Information) organizes a lecture about the Partage Plus project. The presentation is part of a major event that will take place on Wednesday, 22 January 2014 at 6 pm in Rome (Monteverde Living Lab). A highlight of the evening is the presentation of a new publication dealing with Liberty in Rome. The book was written by Carla Cesaretti, art historian, and Diana Alessandrini,the journalist that chaired one of the sessions of the Partage Plus conference in Rome in March 2013.

The ICCU (Central Institute for the Union Catalogue of Italian Libraries and Bibliographic Information) organized several cultural walking tours for residents, tourists and sketch crawlers to visit liberty neighborhoods in Rome from March to November 2013.
The cultural walking tours were realized in agreement with an Italian non-profit organization.
Two places in Rome were selected: Della Vittoria and Coppedè.

From 27th to 29th November the 17th Seminar Archives, Libraries, Museums was organised by the Croatian Museum Association (HMD). Among many prominent archivists, librarians, museologists, documentalists, curators, archaeologists, IT specialists, professors (university, high school and elementary school), and cultural heritage professionals from various museums and institutions, a member of the Partage Plus MUO team Iva Meštrović held a presentation about some of the terminology problems that occurred in Partage Plus, and are at the same time common to other EU projects.

An updated version of the Partage Plus Showcase of 3D content is now available on the Partage Plus website!
The 3D showcase allows users to have a look at selected 3D virtual models created in the framework of the Partage Plus project. The full set of 3D models will be accessible via the Europeana portal soon.

Combining a delicious lunch and a hot coffee with a lecture about fashion from the Art Nouveau era was a genius idea by the colleagues from the Röhsska Museum, Göteborg, Sweden.
During lunchtime Josefin Kilner from the GC talked about Art Nouveau clothing and the mission and aims of the Partage Plus project.
More than 60 people attended this event.

The Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, Barcelona organized a guided tour through the exhibition "Interiors del Modernisme – Gaspar Homar i Joan Busquets" on December 12.
Participants had the chance to not only admire pieces of furniture by Gaspar Homar and Joan Busquets but also learn something about the mission and aims of the Partage Plus project. A selection of the objects from the exhibition was digitised in the frame of the Partage Plus project.

Next Saturday, December 14, 2013 the lucky winners of the Italian Liberty Photo Contest will be announced. The jury will choose from among 1700 photos of Art Nouveau objects, paintings and buildings.
After the ceremony the artistic director of the event, Andrea Speziali, will attend the audience on a guided tour through the Grand Hotel Rimini, a beautiful example of Italian Liberty architecture.

Part of the collection of the Drents Museum, Assen - including the Art Nouveau objects digitized in the frame of the Partage Plus project - is now available online through the collection portal "Musea in Drenthe".
More than 2000 artworks from DM`s collection can now be studied online.
