    MUO, Croatia: The Meaning of Colour in Visual Art (Symposium)

    On the 25th of May an interdisciplinary symposium was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Colleagues of MUO, Croatia took part in this event by giving a presentation on " The Perception of digitally produced and reproduced colour". Petra Milovac talked about the development of digital technologies as well as standards and solutions that will significantly improve future resources. The event was open for public and experts in various fields. Many cultural heritage professionals attended the presentation. Partage Plus was represented with PP logo, along with ICT PSP, CIP and EU logos.

    NBA Finland: Art Nouveau World Day

    On the occasion of the Art Nouveau World Day celebrations NBA Finland has organized an Art Nouveau and Jugend Book exhibition at the National Board of Antiquities Library in Helsinki. The exhibition opened on June 3, and will be on display until June 13, 2013! Also, we want to draw your attention to the Art Nouveau themed guided tour taking place on June 8, in the Hvitträsk.

    March 23 - June 9: Art Nouveau, a style with various names and different faces

    We would very much like to draw our readers` attention to the current Art Nouveau themed exhibition at the Design museum Gent! "Art Nouveau, a style with various names and different faces" opened on the 23rd of March and will be running until the 9th of June 2013. So readers who will make it to Belgium in the next month have the chance to discover magnificent Art Nouveau objects which usually remain hidden as reserve items but are now on display for a short time.

    June 7 - 14: Love Art Nouveau

    CT will roll out the Love Art Nouveau campaign again in June for Art Nouveau World Day. The campaign will encourage people to take photographs of their local Art Nouveau architecture and upload them to a dedicated Flickr stream. These photos will be added to the Culture Grid and Europeana as part of the Partage Plus project.

    Drents Museum: Art and Applied Art 1885 - 1935

    IMM: Art Nouveau World Day

    The Museum of Applied Arts in Budapest (IMM) is organizing the Art Nouveau World Day in 2013 in cooperation with Szecessziós Magazin (Art Nouveau Magazine). The date selected is June 10, the anniversary of both Antonio Gaudi and Ödön Lechner – two charismatic architects of the movement, from two edges of the Europe.

    Art Nouveau workshop at Kallahti Pop-Up School in Helsinki, Finland on 27th April.

    The Kallahti Comprehensive School, which has both lower and upper stages and in total 550 pupils, organized a new form of school education in Finland, a Pop-Up School. It included different workshops, of which every pupil had to choose three. One of these workshops concentrated on Art Nouveau and was called “Jugendpaja”.
